Charlie Sykes  Charlie Sykes, Owner / Broker, got his start in real estate in 1972. After gaining years of general real estate knowledge and successfully being a top producing agent, he began to specialize in REOs and other distressed properties, where he found a relatively untapped market niche need. Along with assisting investors with buying and selling portfolio properties, he developed relationships with lenders who were looking to quickly and efficiently divest themselves of the repossessed properties sitting on their books. He also designed and built a comprehensive marketing management program for foreclosures and pre-foreclosures which can be utilized as part of his lender-driven service. Charlie became a Lifetime member of the Phoenix Association of Realtors President's Roundtable in 1993, and he also holds a membership with the National REO Brokers Association. And he has been recognized as being in the top 1% of agents by Realty Executives of Arizona. Charlie is originally from New Jersey. He is an enthusiastic Harley and RV owner and a die-hard Jimmy Buffett fan, and he resides in Phoenix with Charlie Sykes’ Realty 17 co-owner, his wife Vicki. |
Vicki Sykes  Vicki Sykes worked in real estate in Michigan. After moving to Phoenix in 1978, she worked at Realty Executives where she met Charlie. Vicki now manages the Charlie Sykes’ Realty 17 office and assists with handling many of the details necessary for a successful close. She has automated and systematized many of these procedures to make the entire process flow as smoothly as possible. Vicki was born and raised in Michigan and now shares Charlie’s love of Harleys, Jimmy Buffett and RV’ing. |
